"The Chum-King proved its worth during my latest trip to Bimini. It enabled us to effectively distribute both chunks of bait and live baits throughout the middle and lower levels of the water column, and rally everything from kingfish to snapper." - George Poveromo

BJ Rizzo, Capt of the Sea Otter West, uses the Chum-King to catch stripers. He releases chunks of bunker underwater to create a feeding frenzy.

Sometimes you need to chunk for tuna. This 100lb Blue fin Tuna was caught by Lloyd Malsin and Freddy Baltusis aboard the charter boat No Time (photo sent by Capt. Nick Savene)

the fish were caught bottom fishing off Islamorada in 70ft of water, I cut up ballyhoo & filled the chum king sent it down to about 40ft & yanked on the string... here are a few photos! I don't remember the old guys names but here is their grand daughter with a second grouper (see right)

Capt Skip Braden- Islamorada, Boat Name: Blue Chip Too

" For the Yellow Tails we used the Chum-King with shrimp and ballyhoo

towards the top. On the bottom we were catching Mutton Snappers with cigar minnows."

We had a great day thanks to the chum-king.

Yellowtails ranged from 2 to 5 pounds. Cobia was 35 pounds. They were caught north of Bimini and fishing in 70 feet of water. We opened the chum king at depths of roughly 35 feet, and on the bottom.
Aboard the Marc IV, Capt George Poveromo primarily used cut up Spanish sardines in the Chum-King, but occasionally loaded it with live pilchards.
6 Pound Bluefish, caught in Central Long Island Sound by Chumming and Chunking with the Chum-King.
Rob Pavlick & Chuck Barbato

“I also used it shark fishing, sending the Chum-King down 60 feet and releasing bunker and bluefish bits and you just know the product works. In two shark trips, we caught and released a border line mako about a 110- to 115 pounds and we caught a 177-pound thresher last Friday using the Chum-King.”
