One Neat Product
Two Great Ways to Use It

Use the Chum-King in place of a net, bag or cage.

Fill the Chum-King™ with your favorite frozen or thawed chum and sink it.

Chum exactly like you would with a net, bag or cage.

What's the difference? NO MESS, NO MESS, NO MESS!

The Chum-King™ is scientifically designed to release small amounts of chum underwater in the closed position.

Never deal with a dirty old bag, net or cage again!!!!

Create A Bait Bomb Underwater

Partially fill the Chum-King™ with cut bait, live bait, or chunks.

Send it down.

Give a tug on your line and Chum-King's™ patented bait release system will release your bait underwater putting the fish into a feeding frenzy!

We recommend removing the Chum-King™ from the water once you've released your bait.

Follow these simple instructions to assemble your Chum-King™:

Instructions

All of the necessary hardware comes with the Chum-King™ and can be found in the weight chamber. Unscrew the base cap and remove the plastic bag. Inside the bag you'll find 1 hook, 2 washers and 2 nuts. To attach the hook to the top, first thread a nut to the top of the hook then place a washer over the nut. Put the hook through the top hole of one of the caps and place a washer on the bottom side. Now place the lock nut on the hook using a grip to tighten. It is not necessary to make the hook very tight. Avoid stress on the cap.

  1. Before adding your chum, remove the base cap and fill the weight chamber with ordinary fishing weights. The chamber can hold over 5 lbs of weights. You can adjust the amount of weight based on the current or other fishing conditions.

  2. Once you've added the weights to the base, screw the cap on tight. With the weights in the bottom the Chum-King™ will be sturdy and ready to be filled with your chum mixture. After filling the Chum-King™, tightly screw the top cap to the unit.

  3. Although you can use a variety of ropes. we recommend 1/8" rope found in most bait and tackle stores. Make sure the rope is tightly fastened to the hook and the cap is tightly screwed onto the unit before placing the Chum-King™ in the water.
